As your travel plans change you will be able to retrieve an up-to the minute, copy of your reservation in an easy to read format by clicking on the www.viewtrip.com link found on your confirming email. Or, by supplying your six character reservation number you can access your itinerary directly.
Your trip information is secured on the web until 24 hours after trip completion. Should you need an invoice copy after the Electronic Ticket Receipt has been purged, contact our Accounting staff at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , call 412-232-3600 to ask for a past date invoice copy, or complete the Invoice Request Form below .
Need a copy of an invoice for your expenses? Please complete the following request form and the Traveler’s Service Company accounting department will reply with a copy of the invoice as an .rtf attachment. If you prefer the copy be delivered as a facsimile, provide the fax number and we will to forward the invoice to that address.
For requests received Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm, you will have a response within twenty-four hours.
